RCD Testing
Time testing and push testing your safety switches within your switchboard to ensure correct operation, safety and compliance.
Switchboard Thermal Scan
Infra-red imaging scan of your switchboard which identifies equipment flaws, loose connections and hot spots which are invisible to the naked eye.
Emergency Light Testing
A discharge test of your emergency lights to ensure they are working properly and can illuminate your building for at least 90 minutes during a power outage.
Air-conditioner Service
Inspection and cleaning of filters, coils, fins and drains, plus checking refrigerant levels to ensure maximum efficiency and lifespan of your air-conditioning within your building.
Smoke Alarm System Testing
Smoke testing your stand alone smoke alarm system to ensure all detectors are working correctly, plus checking to make sure all detectors are in data and in good condition.
Appliance Test and Tag
Ensuring the safety of portable electrical appliances within your building by visually inspecting and electrically testing them, complete with test tags being installed.
